Im now doing a throwing stick that can be made to compliment and match youre rod Chukka is made using 3K twill carbon tube, which is super light and strong. I have done it with a straight design as I find that altough you lose a small amount of distance compare to a curved stick, you gain accuracy and the bait is less likely to split in mid air. Also the staight stick is easier to store in a rod holdall. Chukka can be build in small or large. The small has a bore of 20mm an is great for baits up to 18mm while the large is 23mm an will take 20mm.
